It is our deep desire at Camp Harlow to cultivate an environment where unity in ministry is a high priority. We strive to have a ministry team that is committed to growing in their personal walk with God and seeks to live for the benefit of others and the glory of God. Unity of ministry is a product of having a shared belief, shared commitment, and shared purpose. Unity takes place when gifted and willing individuals who are called by Him, serve and love with a heart for God and others.

Position Description

(Volunteer Position) Counselors serve as ministry assistants to our Senior Counselors. They are a critical part of our ministry and are involved in the same areas as noted above.

* Must be at least 16 years of age by 1st day of training.
