The online registration system is currently unavailable. Please send your forms you received with your brochure to the camp office. Be sure to include both the Registration Form and the Medical Form. Remember that we must have a form for each child registering for camp. You may also download another copy by clicking on the links below. You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print these forms.
